Why do i hear a beep sound in my ear & am i having hear loss if this happens?

No its because your getting to mush water in it.

You more than likely have tenitis it is an inflammationon insides your ear… very common not very serious but you should you should talk to an audiologist.

The ear will detect a ringing tone when circulation is low.hearing can diminish from use of head phones,ear wax,too much water,ear infection,sinus infection,misaligned jaw action causing the ear canal to be squeezed down, etc.

It’s a condition called tinnitus. It’s fine and actually more common than you’d think.
It is NOT a major sign of hearing loss. It’s actually not much of a sign of anything. I have it in various flavors. However one of those was induced by loud noises.
